Hi Pearl I had been talking to a Leila regarding my Outlook Express problem with Windows 7 and she suddenly disappeared

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Outlook?

I do not think I have updated Outlook for some time it was not sending receiving and now I keep getting a request for usrname and password ***** latter I cannot remember...but it seems all of my held emails in folders have disappeared plus 23 necessary emails still kept on th email...do you do remote access at all? These lost emails are mostly dealing with legal proceedings regarding my disabled son

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

I don't think so I just need my Outlook up and running and my emails back again

I do not need you guys now it was a mistake that premium and I would like the money refunded back into my bank account please. Optus dealt with the problem of my email. Thank you for replying
