I cannot send a message to someone who has been on my list…

I cannot send a...

I cannot send a message to someone who has been on my list for 20 years and to whom I send messages regularly. It comes back "undeliverable'" from my server. I can send the message with webmail so the server says that the problem is with Microsoft. Also I recently changed my password ***** ranchomurieta.org and each time I get on line, that message to log in comes up. It seems Microsoft has a faulty memory!

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

On both my iphone and ipad and still can't get the message through to my friend!

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

My password ***** my server? I talked to Greenfield Communications and set the new password ***** him yesterday!

550 A user policy is preventing this message from sending. Please contact your server. I did. Since I can send it by webmail, my server says it is an outlook problem.

It means they have blocked you from emailing them or an issue with their account,

I checked with them. I am not blocked. They are also ranchomurieta.org and they called the server also and was told there is no
reason on their part . I checked my spam and blocking function and they are not blocked on my part either.

No! I did that once before and got no results after 40 minutes, I hung up. I am going to ask for that refund when we are finished.

You mean that the only way I can get help is to pay an exta $39. That's a farce. i will never come to this site again and I want the $42. refund for the time before and for this time.
