Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

We have all on the computer. What would be best Pearl?

Technician's Assistant: The Email Technician will be able to walk you through that. How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Tablet and Desk top.

Technician's Assistant: What's the model of your device? How old is it?

The Tablet is an older LG, the Desk Top is a Toshiba touchscreen about five years.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Android device?

We tried yahoo but have a current account but, do not know password ***** we did not get asked a question just... are you a robot. He's not.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
