I lost my mailbox list on the side of my inbox, how do I restore it?

It just seems like I acidentally clicked something and the list of folders just disappeared. It happened once before I am sure the messages are still there I just can't see the folders where I put messages after I open them.

My email provider is Comcast and then I download into Eudora and that is where I lost the mailboxes in Eudora , it is just a formatting issue
