Hi. Can't login to my email. Forgot password ***** recovery email account password. Does not recognize my cell phone number.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

Not another device. In another browser: Safari.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I thought I had my cell phone number on file, but yahoo does not recognize it. Have had it for years.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No. Just want to be able to log into yahoo on Chrome.
