Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Aol (although I don't actively use it)

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Web browser (for aol)

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Went to an older mac computer.. thinking an older operating system may make difference... i have no idea what to do..

Hello,

My name is David.

Open the Safari web browser and do the following:

Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data....
Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.

Then close and reopen Safari and then connect to your AOL email and let me know the result and if the issue is resolved.
