Popped up on my screen and i coundnt get rid of it from google asking me for my email when i did they said already in use so they suggested another and i mistakenly clicked on it now ive lost my email acct plea restore my ***@******.*** i

So you need to sign out of current account and sign into the one you want to on Gmail.

On the gmail email page, look at the top right side, it should be showing your name first letter or an image, in a circle, click on it and then click Sign Out. You will also see an option called Add Account, and you will see further accounts listed there,Sign Out of the email you are signed in and sign in with the email you want as primary.
