Not able to sign on to my aol account

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your AOL account on any other devices?

I only use this computer to log in,but keep getting a message to say I am not using my usual devise

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I am in Portugal i do have a verification code

If you've forgotten the password ***** your AOL Mail account, follow the steps below to reset your account with a new password.

  1. Visit i.aol.com.
  2. On the Sign In screen, under the Password ***** click the Forgot Password? ...
  3. Enter your AOL Username or email address in the Username or Email field.
  4. Click Next.
