Forgot my email. I...

Forgot my email. I went through the recovery process by trying to remember previous passwords. No luck. I was asked about any MS purchases I had made. No luck. I was then told it wasn't possible to recover my account. Is there a way to get back in?

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I am logged into my new account, but I keep getting a prompt to "Fix my account"". I have tried several times with no luck.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I have security questions and previous phone numbers. I no longer have the phone though as I have work provided cellphones. But I do know the number.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Sure, for that you need to start Microsoft recovery process again.

The only way to get in to your account is to prove to Microsoft that you are the owner. If you are unable to do it - then you wont get into the account.
