I have been having...

I have been having issues with my Outlook email and worked all morning yesterday with Tech Support. They were unable to fix my problem and escalated my case to a higher level and said I would be called this morning between 10:00 am and noon Central Time. I have not heard from them! Case No.###-##-####

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On my computer

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I worked with Tech Support on the phone all morning yesterday and was promised to be contacted this morning by a group that works with more difficult problems. I want to talk with a person from that group now.
