Jeevan, I really do thank you for your offer to help me. Let me tell you this so you can understand why I am refusing your help. I am 90 years old. I can not understand the many terms used in this high tech world. I have learned to use a simple email password ***** I can remember that, but Google is always starting something new and I get lost trying to cope with all the changes. You would most likely become very frustrated with me. I will go to Verizon.. They are very good at helping me. Have a very good week. Thanks again.
