I received an email stating that my***@******.*** would be cancelled on the 23rd which is today

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Can I ask why this is so? Outlook

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through the web brouser

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Nothing as yet as I am not good with computers.

  2. Can you please inspect the email and tell me the email address of the sender? I am asking because I believe what you got is a phishing email intended to steal your account. Do not click on the links on that email since it might bring you to a page that collects your data and password. Please tell me the email address of the sender of that email so that I can confirm.
