My cousin is here...

My cousin is here and wants to creat a new e-mail account and IT (my son) isn't around. We're having problems. When Dee tries to make an account with my computer, my account info comes up and even the new account won't go past the first page.

I'm a 60 yr old computer dumb as. the kids set it up for me about a year ago, handed it to me and said have fun. I've sent & recieved e-mails. The blue sreen with a white envelop comes up. I use fire to read & study. Play a couple games and that's it. Figure me for a computer idiot. I type slowly because of bad hands just to make this even more delightful for you.
