I can't get into...

I can't get into my account because for some reason the email # you have is***@******.***, which is of course, NOT an email address at all. So I've tried to start a new account & BECAUSE I do NOT have a mobile phone, cannot.

I don't have any other device

The page only asks for a mobile # & says it does not recognize a iand line # which is what I have
