Half way through writing...

Half way through writing an email it went to extremely small print and I cannot work out how to enlarge it to normal

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Big pond or Myway I think

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Web browser only on a Lap top

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Haveonly tried pressing any button that look like would help - all with no help
