  1. Are you using Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 10?
  2. What version of MS Outlook are you using -- 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016?
  3. What email address have you setup on your Outlook?
  4. Is the email address setup as POP or IMAP?

Thank you for writing back with that information. Are the email missing in Outlook? Or are you saying that when you access your email from a web browser or other device, emails are missing when you use Outlook?

Have you checked if your Outlook 2010 has filters that automatically delete emails?

Have you checked the Trash folder if the missing emails are there?

Have you checked the Archives folder? Your Outlook could have archived older emails.

I don't know how to check the Outlook 2010 filters.
The missingemails are NOT in theJunk folder.
I don't havce an Archive folder.

Please try to access your email using a web browser. Then change your password ***** This is to make sure that no one is accessing your account and deleting them without you knowing it.

After changing the password ***** the web browser, your Outlook will then stop working and will ask you to enter the new password.

Then test if the problem is gone.
