Just Google is not a browser.

It should be Google Chrome or Internet Explorer or Edge.

I think you are not sure which browser is it?

Hold the Windows Key and Press R

Type iexplore.exe and Click OK.

Then go to www.gmail.com and see if you can login.

I would suggest we do a remote session. I can discount the remote session to $10. Gmail loads fine here, so it must be something on your system.
