I have two emails...

I have two emails linked together. I think I did this on Thunderbird. I shut one email down as I had no need for it anymore. Now, when a client sends me an email they get a messae saying I did not receive their message even though I did. It is the other email that is not receiving the message. I deleted that email account from Thunderbird. However, there must be something I had set up on the active email that still has it linked with the disconnected email. Something you can help me with?

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I check it through Thunderbird. It has nothing to do with the connection. It does it with my other computer as well

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I am getting the mail It is telling my clents taht I am not receiving mail

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I linked the two emails together. Anything sent to one email would then be sent to the other email as well. It was like an automatic cc
