My son accidentally muted...

My son accidentally muted gmails, but they are gone. We are not able to find them and they are very important. Do you know how we could possibly find them? Thanks

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I think he does both on phone and computer. i know he was on his phone when he muted them.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have tried doing the is:muted and it just comes up with an empty screen. it doesnt tell me there are none, but doesnt list any.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Not that i can think of.
