I can not get my second email to come in. I have had 2 emails for at least a year.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

My emails are***@******.*** and***@******.***. and two is not working/

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Not that I know of

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

My computer was updated and after that my #2email. disappeared,

I understand your second email is not working after an update. I'd be happy to help you resolve that. Before we begin, are you able to use that email at http://gmail.com to login? I want to make sure before we begin that there aren't any issues with credentials before we check the settings in your mail program.
