My IMac has received...

My IMac has received no new email for 5 days. Google was messing with my mail, sending messages to my phone about some bad app. Google never specified which app was a "menace." Not helpful.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Safari and Google. No problem on my Phone. Just received a message on phone.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

There have been NO NEW EMAILS in my IMac's inbox since Mar. 15. Setting says it is "offline."

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No. Except my phone is okay.
