Thanks for confirming

We will have to reset the phone, this will remove all data from it and return it to new, but this you cannot avoid so backup any personal data you first need.

Then go to settings, backup and security, factory reset

Complete this and set it up again

Tell me how it then functions please

Ok, but I changed my previous phone because of this problem. They sent me a new phone on Thursday . I just finished to set it up. And the problem started again 2 days ago.. So I don't understand the purpose of resetting a brand new phone .
