Hi...I am an 80+...

Hi...I am an 80+ year old quadruple cancer survivor who needs to learn how to create and use a "GMail" eMail account in anticipation of the installation of Spectrum on Wed, the 21st.I have no idea how to begin...can you help me? I currently am using ATT.."*****@******.***." Can I have both? Need to understand more...Any assistance you give me will be appreciated.

I do not have or use Gmail. .I understand that I need to create/open a new account...

None...not sure I can't trouble shoot something that I do not have?.
