I have been using Yahoo Chart. From Yesterday, The Interactive Chart cannot be loaded. Is there any system problem or my computer has problem? Thanks.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I am around 80 years old. I haven't tried any trouble shooting. Contacting Yahoo is the first thing I am doing. Actually my laptop had same problem, but it showed that it required some program, then it started working, but I din't know what it was saying.

I have been using both Chrome and Explorer. I don't remember which one I used for Yahoo Finance Chart.

I am a retired man. I paid already $5.00 for the answer. Please give me answer through this chatting. This is a general question on Yahoo Program. I pay $30 for an hour service if really necessary to my neighbor, a graduate computer student. So if you cannot just return my $5. I wish you can explain how to handle for the $5 I paid.
