My addresses have changed...

My addresses have changed and google needs to receive my new information. It won't accept my gmail address to send a code. What do you suggest ?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Normally I would just click into it and it would recognize me.Not now for some reason.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Tried to get a new password ***** they wouldn't accept the gmail address. It asked some question such as "what's the last password ***** remember but won't accept that (I thought that was it but it's not).

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Maybe, but my head is in a spin from all the things I don't remember I hope I can remember them.
