I was charged today...

I was charged today $269 for a ride I have taken before for about $85. Your lYft help line is so unresponsive and impossible to use that it is close to a fraud. I have tried over and over and nothing goes through or is posted correctly.

About a week ago I went to help.lyft.com on the computer after trying to contaxt on the iphone

I am not interested in software support. I want to speak to someone who can help me with the overcharge. Nothing is wrong with my software.
