I was charged today $269 for a ride I have taken before for about $85. Your lYft help line is so unresponsive and impossible to use that it is close to a fraud. I have tried over and over and nothing goes through or is posted correctly.

JA: What have you tried so far with your Lyft?
Customer: about a week ago I went to help.lyft.com on the computer after trying to contaxt on the iphone
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am not interested in software support. I want to speak to someone who can help me with the overcharge. Nothing is wrong with my software.
