I can access my inbox email by logging in at Mozilla Yahoo mail which (I think) handles at least the inbound mail. I'm 76 years old and not too knowledgeable with the Internet. Several days ago, my Mozilla mailbox began asking for my "Lanset.com" password. Lanset is an old ISP that I used before going to Mozilla Thunderbird some 4 years ago. I haven't been able to get rid of the various Lanset boxes still listed under my Mozilla email box menu as no means could be found to delete them despite attempts to delete it within my mailbox server settings. As things stand now, whenever I first open the Mozilla mailbox, a screen appears which asks for my Lanset password; I simply press the OK button without inputting the password ***** which a similar screen appears asking for my current password ***** Mozilla/Yahoo and the mailbox becomes functional again simply by clicking on the OK button without inputting the password. Sorry for the ton of information but I thought it might be more helpful than feeding it to you in little chunks. Is it possible for you to take over my PC and solve this without talking me through it?

I think it was Deja who assisted me this morning via remote control. I was told to call back if all aspects of the problem were not resolved. I am still getting "show remote content" buttons with each incoming email before I'm able to access it. At the time there were no such buttons available in my inbox so Deja was unable to resolve this. There there are now several.
