I have lost my...

I have lost my password ***** my yahoo emails, and when I asked yahoo to help they sent me a code to my other yahoo email to get in, but when I changed password, my computer apparently saved it to the wrong account, before I realized what had happened I couldn't get into either account. Now the only option I have is a cell that I can receive a text on, but I washed it in a jacket, so it is dead. Any way to contact yahoo customer service directly?

I have no other devises

SEcurity questions I guess, but as I say the phone got washed and is dead, I have no way to receive a text.

I have had the email account for over 20 years, and there is a LOT of busniness/personal/medical information on it. I REALLY need to be able to get back on it.
