Outlook has stopped receiving...

Outlook has stopped receiving and sending email messages on my Microsoft Surface laptop. My gmail account still works on my phone however

My internet connection is fine

The computer has rebooted. I reopened Outlook but a window opened that says it cannot find the email server.
