I'm trying to add my wife's outlook email account to my laptop running win7 outlook. My own account goes OK. Both accounts are on my desktop OK. running win10

Thanks for your information. Are you able to access your wife's emails via web at HERE? This is to verify if you have the correct password ***** we can make change to the email setting to enable Outlook configuration on Windows 7.

Too hard. I'm not computer savy. Last time the technician connected to my PC and fixed it on line.
