Deleted messages return to inbox ,deleted 4 times and it keeps on happening. Service provider thought we had it solved ,,no,,

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Hurontel ,local provider. Laptop is outlook, I think,

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Went into advanced on Hurontel and clicked it, he said that should solve situqtion

I speculate your iPad is using POP to access your email box, not IMAP recommended and by default.

Can I know what is your email provider?
