Today, remote repairs were carried out on Order ID 1860 1321-930 however the problem has not been resolved.Please only those of you who know how to syn gmail and Outlook need respond. I'm sick of the run around I have received so far.

Remote access of course. No error message. The problem has existed since the 9th of March.

I need to know the symptoms. When you open Outlook it immediately tries to update the mail

folders. If it can't, it gives some type of indication that it's not connected.

Gmail is not in sync with outlook. The last Tech mentioned Outlook (l think) could be corrupt.
