I try to access my email at AOL, and it tells me to use a different username and password. I'm using AOL Sheild.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your AOL account on any other devices?

No

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Yes, but I can't get past the sign in.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

That's all I can think of. it happened suddenly, telling me that my AOL Sheild software is wrong. software is too old.
