I have lost my...

I have lost my e-mail connection between Comcast and Incredimail using e address***@******.***. See an authinication problem.

Technician's Assistant: Have you checked for the lost email in your Trash and Spam folders?

E-mail not coming through with Incredimail but okay via Infinity/Comcast. I'm thinking that a few days ago Incredimail had a free upgrade to the free Incredimail I use and I clicked on that BUT I could be mistaken.....

Using Incredimail icon on desktop.

I think this is it. There is some numbers re the authinication message that begins with 535 or something like that....

Cancel request for info and give me a refund. I see I have gmail messages via Incredimail. Wish I could ask a question and get an answer without always having to pay. I would like to know what the 535 5..07 numbers in the failed message indicate. No place to find that out? Xfiniity/Comcast tells me they are not always compatible with 3rd party carrier BUT I have used Incredimail for many years without any "serious" problems. Thanks for any comments you may have to offer.

Could not copy but message reads Logon to Comcast.net failed. authentication rejected. In a box ...535 5.7.0Thank you for any help you can provide. pf
