I have email going to my Trash or Junk folders instead of Inbox

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Yahoo I think, but I logon to ATT.net

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through Internet Explorer on PC or iphone..

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Contacting ATT but they now tell me they have nothing to do with email, they only provide Internet service.
