I have been locked out of my gmail account and my mobile phone

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your Gmail account on any other devices?

I have two devices my mac lap top which used to access my gmail email but now I cannot my email is***@******.*** and the other device is my Samsung galaxy edge mobile phone which I tried to set up my email on today but have had no success

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I have tried to reset my password ***** it google or gmail doesn't recognise the password ***** changed today. This is a huge problem as I have no access to my emails or mobile phone. I think I have been hacked
