Hello, I've been having trouble logging in to my email account. I get a message saying it's the wrong password. I've had to change it 3 times in the past month because every time i try to log in I get the same error message. I have been locked out for the past 3 days.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I was on my iPhone. but now i've been shut out of that as well

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I've have a phone number and security questions. I've had this account since Google had the beta testing for Gmail in 1999

It may be because of the wrong answer to the question of when did you create this account and also you don't have any recovery email address associated with your gmail account.

this is not working from any of my devices. This account is very important for me. after my PC updated seems to be when the problem began. I'm not able to check that email on any of my devices. The other recovery account I've used is [email protected] However there is someone out there who has a gmail account [email protected] could that be part of my problem? If so, how can I fix that?
