I am getting "google not responding" 8 out 10 times when trying to get on the internet! Can you help?

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Connection seems to be fine

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Not an email problem it is an google chrome problem!

Yes when I can get online I cannot connect to www.highmarkbcbs.com however all other sites are OK
