My outgoing smtp outlook...

My outgoing smtp outlook mail stopped working how can I troubleshoot and fix the settings

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Web browser on the desktop is not allowing me to send emails. It just happened a few days ago and I didn't change anything.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I went into advanced settings and tried to change the number it was set on to 25.

Just the pop up which keeps asking me to enter my user name and password ***** have always been the same and I never changed them. The incoming emails work.

How do I find that out?

Go to file, account settings, then more settings and you will see this on the advance tab

Incoming tested fine waiting on outgoing and it says in progress and am still waiting for it to work or give me an error

Error says: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) email server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider. (ISP).

Set the port as 80 with no security and try please

It is under the outgoing port, where it has none, ssl ect.

I selected none, then STARTTLS, and then Auto and the original SSL/TLS alll with the poet at 80 and none of them worked

use port 3535 still with no security

I tried it again and got this message: None if the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server.

None if the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server. means you still had security set, you need to set it to none

I just used another card so you can access my computer remotely

A program will start downloading to your computer (it does not open a webpage, but the file will start downloading to your computer).

Run the program and it shows you and ID and Password.

Give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
