Microsoft have killed my PC's my main one and my small one. Recent updates wiped EVERYTHING off both. I have managed to get most of them back but still have problems with my Emails. Can we deal with my main PC first please. I lost all my contacts but have managed to get them back. my main problem is I cannot send email I am receiving them ok. I use windows live mail and have an optus address my name is*****: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?

I receive an error message I can send you those details if you like

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?

Not that I am aware of

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I have spoken with Optus help and they gave me setting to change the ones that were in properties advanced tab but that was all they could do
