We are a new customer and have an account number but for some reason, when trying to access info from you, a notice comes up saying " either our email is wrong or the password ***** ***** !!!!

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

No

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

We have a phone number(###) ###-#### but another problem is that in the information that you folks want, it asks for a SIN number, the last 4 digits; we are Canadians, our SIN would do you no good

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

NO, just frustrated and wish to get info on your billing times AND how we can pay through the bank ! Thanks
