I forgot my YAHOO...

I forgot my YAHOO password. I tried all of Yahoo's suggestions, which ran me around in circles with no luck. I used a `phone number and a back-up email (gmail) which gave me a Yahoo account key to get into my emails but I don't have a password. Yahoo is trying to get me to use an account key for all sign-ins instead of a password. I have read a lot of bad reviews about using key instead of a password. I am having this problem on my PC as well as my phone. (android)

I have my cell number but it only gets me an acct key to open email for that one time

Unfortunately, there isn't a way around the recovery options. If you are unable to use those options, then you will need to open a new account.

You can't do anything else? I hate to open a new email acct b/c it is hard to notify the hundreds of contacts of a new email address.
