Hi Pearl-I retained my Comcast email account after switching to a different internet provider about 6 months ago. It has been working fine, but today when I opened my computer to the XFinity page and clicked on email (and I can see there are 22 new ones), I cannot access my email. The emails do not open and the window shown across the top of the screen says "untitled". Please tell me how I can access my emails on my laptop. I can access them on my phone only right now.

Yes, but since I had not changed my password, should that be necessary? My userID and password ***** saved on the computer and appear to be sufficient for me to open the Xfinity page.

Sending me a response via email will not help me as my issue is not being able to access my Comcast email. Please just post the guidance here.
