I am having trouble with trying to get an application onto my phone and I am needing to get help with changing my e-mail address.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On the phone or the I-pad. I require some help with these items.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have been trying to get a response from apple support.
