This is a frustrating response as I located this link and more on my own since last Friday night. I have been through this process and all of the recovery stages. I have one customer support who is "supposedly" acting as Google's support and states my password ***** stolen.

Google continued to send me via recovery and said they would respond within 3-5 business days. This was after attempting several verification codes with my back-up numbers and addresses. Then today my attempt failed due to too many attempts.

that one timed out. I think we have tried to many attempts. We need to try this again tomorrow. But we should either have phone contact with each other or I need to be remote into your computer.

I have not changed location. However, last Friday Boston area had a severe storm which while I needed to be away the power came on and off. I’m suspicious if google was triggered as suspicious actions.
