I have not been able to get or send e-mail since March 1. Don't remember password ***** phone number has changed since as well.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Internet connection is fine. I am checking from apple pho ne

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I'm not sure. How would I figure out if there was?

I can get onto my account, I'm just not receiving any mail, I haven't been since the second of march. It says "the mail server is not responding".

If password ***** ***** issue, it is first fixed on the web browser (phone or laptop) through the reset process. When you are able to access it on the web browser, which means you now have the working password, that is the time you can use that password ***** access it on the phone's mail app.

I only had that cellphone number for a short period of time, so it is hard to remember. I believe it was something like ->

I am very sorry but this old mobile phone number ending in 36 is the ONLY recovery method for your Gmail account. And since you do not use this mobile phone anymore, unfortunately, there is NO WAY to recover your Gmail account and there is no way to fix it on your mobile phone.
