I am unable to open my air ;miles account There is a blocker that keeps coming up with different messages

Through my laptop

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Air;miles say its not at their end I need to clear blocking history. I had telus help me do that but it didnt help I have also tried to access airmiles on another computer sith no luck

Yes maybe the problem is that they are getting my old password ***** up I cant remember it or maybe they are getting mixed up with my old email which used to be at shaw

I get different ones :; that the pin doesn't match the collector number , that the collector number is ***** , that I didn't check the robot box and that there is a blocker on my account
