I SPENT 21 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR MY HEART. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SEND AND RECEIVE E-MAILS WITH GOOGLE. MY SON HAS GOOGLE HE SENDS E-MAILS TO ME AND I CAN'T THEM. PLEASE HELP ME.

GOOGLE GMAIL=ACCOUNT.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

BY GMAIL E-MAILS. I'M 75 YEARS OLD. I'M NOT GOOD WITH MY COMPUTER.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE TROUBLE SHOOTING. I'M LOST.
