Just upgrades to high sierra and now cannot get my emails. Have spoken to email service and they say all is well from their perspective and the settings i have on my computer

To verify if you have the correct password ***** your email account, can you log on your webmail from HERE?

If you can, please let me know if you typed in the password ***** you were accessing the webmail portal?

Do you know to how to check the server and port settings of your Mail app on Mac?

mail.chariot.net.au on Port 25 and 110.

I just scanned your mail server and notice your server does NOT support the most popular port settings for encrypted email access. That's probably the reason why HS could not find the right port settings for your email server.

A remote session is required if you are not familiar with the manual settings required for your mail server.
