When I am reviewing my email and hit delete for a particular email I have to hit it repeatedly before it actually deletes.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I don't know what troubleshooting to try other than checking connections and rebooting which I have done

Do you mean you have deleted an important email and could not find it from Trash folder as well?

Do you remember you delete the email again from the Trash folder?

no. I mean I have trouble deleting email. I didn't know I had to delete email a second time from Trash.

Yes, for Yahoo users, permanently deleting an email might require a few more clicks (or key hits) but it should not need multiple, repeated key hits.

I have already stated that I don't want a remote session. Isn't there something that I can do myself? Should I contact Yahoo?
